Our CNC machining centers are 5-axis capable for complex milling of intricate parts while holding a true position tolerance of ±.001”. Length and diameter tolerances can be held to ±.001” and verified with precision CMM equipment. We machine a number of materials including Titanium, steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys up to 170” x 50” x 39” for milled parts and up to 22” in diameter for turned parts.
